Seattle flight cancelled. SEA wasn't the start or end destination (had a connecting AA flight). Instead of providing alternate flight options as usual with "change my flight", the only option IT showed was to cancel for a refund. Got properly re-routed after contact with customer service, but strange that IT doesn't offer alternatives or even say contact us for re-routing, only cancel for a refund. Or, if that's what they mean by the last part, it's poorly worded IMO
