Was here again the other day. Can completely understand why the "taproom" aspect will not be in future lounges as very few people went over there (and honestly, I'd expect few knew it existed). My guess is it will be converted to more seating at some point in the next couple of years as the lounge becomes more crowded, potentially with the main bar potentially gaining either some additional taps or a few bottle/can options as a replacement.

Bartenders seem to be much better than initial reports. Food is the same menu but still pretty good (my husband didn't love the Dan Dan though). Only two areas that weren't full positives were the massage rooms had an almost 3 hour wait and they still don't have QR menus at the bar. One bartender has a picture of it on her phone so people don't have to get it off of a table. Seems weird to me that Chase hasn't rectified that yet.
