I have always had poor scans, so I'm wondering what occurs when there are difficulties.
On a related but hopefully paranoid note, I happen to have an amputated fingertip - on the left hand. Not the pinkie finger though. Wonder if that will raise some eyebrows...
Basically SOL and TTP is a o go for me. Being a permanent resident I find that absurd, but not a lot I can do about it until they shift to face recognition. The entry into the country fingerprints at the counter they let you slide on after a few attempts because that is just record keeping. But TTP is identification so a bigger issue I guess. The guy helping me went on the back to get some lotion and tissues t try and raise the prints but no dice.
