Went to HND today to get my TTP card. A bit of a slow and involved process, but what would one expect from Japanese immigration. They were out of JPY 2,000 revenue stamps at the 7-11 in HND, so we had to use 11 JPY 200 ones, filled up the payment slip. My index finger fingerprints weren't "good" enough, so we had to use my middle finger ones. So now when I come in using the TTP card I have to give them the dual middle finger. I leave it up to y'all to parse the meaning of that.
I went to apply and they could not get any of my fingers to register. Drove me nuts but they said there are no options if fingerprints do not scan. Too many years working on a motorcycle and degreasing my hands. Oh well and least my manicure looks stellar
