For whatever it's worth, I flew AF 11 (the 9:30pm departure) on 11/25/22 and we had the pre-flight dining. Makes no sense not to offer it for a departure at that time, and in fact it's kind of perfect to eat around 8pm and then go to sleep around 10-10:30pm.
