Why are so many lounges overly crowded?
I'd say 75% of the time I try to get into a lounge, there is a wait to get in. Doesn't matter if it's in the US or abroad. I don't remember this being the case pre-COVID, especially not with the airline branded lounges. Why do you think so many lounges are overly crowded now? Is it just more people becoming aware of lounge credit cards? Or are the lounges too lax with the amount of guests they allow in?
What steps do you think lounges could take to make them less crowded?
