KLM rebooked me so that I arrive to Berlin 13 hours late. Is there any point in even filing for delay compensation or will this just be rejected? FWIW, there are KLM flights to BER that were not cancelled, they’re just fully booked…
No flat-rate compensation as this is weather induced and justified.
However you can claim for any ancillary costs due to your 13 hours delay: Hotel, taxis, meals, drinks, and non-refundable expenses that you lost - all within reason.
