I only needed to call once about my upcoming JAL flights and that was in February. I contacted the European Call Centre (which JAL’s website says is based in London) and the person I got through to was courteous, kind and thorough. The European Call Centre handles different languages and I suspect my agent was a German speaker who was at least bilingual in English. The interaction was both informative and a pleasure.

This was after a couple of unsatisfying, fruitless and downright unpleasant calls to BA. Our JAL tickets had been bought through BA and advice with the booking was to call BA about details/changes.
