Flightradar can only ever be taken with a pinch of salt. it isn’t a radar, it doesn’t speak directly with airlines, albeit some do subscribe to their services I understand.
The aircraft that was assigned to 712 may well have been placed on another service and as there are no other aircraft left due to technical reasons, the 712 is cancelled due to a lack of serviceable aircraft, hence TECY.
