I echo your sentiments entirely; the staff, particularly those at the Grand Club, are putting in an incredible amount of effort to ensure guests feel welcome and appreciated. That's not to mention the massive sigh of relief I let out upon visiting the club to check in and walking right up with no wait, having been traumatized by the enormous snaking line at the main lobby. Didn't avail myself of the lounge most of the time, as Macau is a fabulous food destination and I had quite a lot of eating planned, but it's nice to have that selection available.

One note on the room choice. I tend to go out of my way to request a NON-Fountain View suite, because that fountain is attached to the Wynn Palace. I maintain that any view, even a brick wall, is preferable to that eyesore.
