API information was already entered by the TA when the booking was made, so that should not be the issue, but the connection to whatever system was probably down as both sex and the passport data was not displayed on the previous attempts.

Seems however it was a temporary issue as I am now in the process of checking in - still slow, but I am at the point where the upgrade offer is made (this is why I was so keen on the online-checkin).
