I have already put in a claim for the missing points with BA. Hopefully once the 2 missing AA flights are posted I can get BA Holidays to double them as they will push me to Gold. Its 180 points so don't want to lose the 360 once doubled.
I finally got all my tier points credited after first having to claim the base 180 points by emailing the Servicing team via ec.documents@ba and then contacting BAEC via [email protected]. Now to enjoy Gold for the first time and probably only time.
