take this for what its worth but a pilot told me you can argue if it is something like you flight is coming from Chicago with flight # (ie) 1500 and they have weather but you are in Orlando with a flight # 1600 and there is no problem with weather.
Well you have a different flight so weather has nothing to do with you and it isnt your fault flight 1600 isnt there.
