A possible idea, but it looks to cost almost as many Avios to get from SFO to DUB as from SFO to PER (on 13 June, the last day I can find Business class seats via BA). It was that level of Avios cost that attracted me to the idea of going from SFO to PER on Qatar.
But that's going to be irrelevant if you book a multi-carrier redemption. (I believe that EI can be included on such a redemption even thought it is not a oneworld member, but I am not 100% certain of that.)
