A possible idea, but it looks to cost almost as many Avios to get from SFO to DUB as from SFO to PER (on 13 June, the last day I can find Business class seats via BA). It was that level of Avios cost that attracted me to the idea of going from SFO to PER on Qatar.
This idea pushes the pendulum into multi carrier award territory.
I think you should continue to monitor good flights, though. In addition to the QR flights you're already on top of, you can look at LAX, SFO, and YVR to SYD. Maybe do the same for HKG as well, but I'm more confident about QF releasing seats than CX, and SYD is close enough to PER for you to buy cheap tickets with cash, if needed.
