Comments: Asked for a possibility of suite, they claimed full occupancy even though available to book online, didn't argue. Asked for a room change 4 hours later as the room door would shudder everytime someone walked past or shut their room door. They refused and sent engineering with UB40, which made it worse and I asked to change again twice but they wouldn't budge, finally got locked out of room as whatever engineering did disabled the lock on the door!
