Rented an EV Managers Special at SFO a few weeks ago. Didn't actually want an EV, but it was the cheapest option available, and I was planning to grab something from Ultimate Choice anyway, based on the statements here that I could.

Got to the location about 10 minutes after the booked start time for the rental, and about 30 minutes after my flight landed (flight number was listed in the reservation). My name wasn't on the board, and the line at the gold booth was literally out the door. The UC/PC area had a mediocre selection, but I grabbed a Kia sedan and had no issues exiting.

Checked my rental contract after I'd left and realized that the price was $10 higher than it should have been - however adding up the items/discounts listed on the contract gave the correct price - the final price was simply $10 higher! On return wanted an extra 10 minutes for them to check me in and give me a receipt, only to find that it was for for the correct account. No idea where the extra $10 came from, but it disappeared on return.
