Well, my flight is now canceled, and UA 1K desk says they have no other flights until tomorrow, and refuse to book me on the DL flight. It's 6:30am in Stockholm, so seems like something else should be available.
At least you'll be able to claim EC261 compensation. UA should've been able to get you state-side today via so many different options.
