Yes, in fact the compensation can only be claimed after the event that gives rise to it has happened (after all BA may magically reinstate the service, to give one implausible scenario of many), so there's nothing for you to do now anyway. You have 6 years to claim. So you get Right to Care (food and drink) and Cancellation compensation, then Mennens for the downgrade, but that bit won't be much, it may be better just to ask for some Avios to cover that component.
