I was on that. It was brutal. We were at end of runway ready for takeoff and then went back to gate. I think it was something with the fuel system, and they teased us a bit saying they would look for another plane, but around 15 minutes later, it was cancelled.

There was initially only one person in customer service at Polaris Lounge, and even though I was first in line, I went ahead be called 1K line while waiting, and after almost an hour, she got me on a very full SQ nonstop SFO-SIN that same night. Granted, premium economy and not the Polaris seat I left behind, but at least it salvages a business trip, albeit the first day will be rough! Will have to make sure I get my original routing credit for Premier qualification…
