Availability for points stays only tends to appear, perhaps a couple of days in advance, due to the small nature of the hotel (59 rooms)
Similarly, prices will tend to drop a few days before, assuming they’re not sold out.
Incredibly, for a 59 room property, they are seldom sold out, and the rates, even on high season, aren’t crazy.
