Only way to try is the operating carrier, which I assume changed from AY to Norra. A few years back I got a full refund when they moved the flight from Norra to DAT, even though it was same aircraft type and time.
I'd assume changes between AY and N7 (Norra) as the operating carrier don't make the ticket eligible for changes or refund. It's a different story if the operating carrier changes to one outside of the AY family.
