I do not stay at this property anymore but did a lot in the past and she was always professional and nice to talk to. Sad news indeed.
To give you an update, there is only one staff member left from the pre-Covid lounge team. This lady became the lounge manager.
I would say that there have been some savings on the food offered at the lounge, but it is still decent.
