I don’t think pre-clearance adds anything to the US taxes and fees.

The US fees are exactly the same.

Exercise for a more motivated reader: determine if the Bahamas fees are higher for US departures with pre-clearance than for flights to destinations without pre-clearance. As far as I know, the hosting airport pays for part of the cost of the US gov operating pre-clearance stations.
