Tbh, I think for First class, they will go beyond the imaginable to get the meals and extras arranged, when needed, outside the normal catering deliveries.

Even with KLM, I once "upgraded" to J some 8 hours before departure, they screwed up internally arranging my J class meal, and the departure got delayed, just to bring my J class meal to the airplane, outside the normal catering deliveries. A catering truck, sissoring up to door 1R, handing off one meal, just for me ........

Not to say, I'd preferred they would have skipped that meal delivery since the delay implied, I (and probably a lot more people) missed the last train of the day connection into town, at the destination airport, and had to take the bus and walk (iso the metro/tram) to my in-town destination
