Just to be aware that last minute at check in counter could mean that catering is not 100% - in my case they didn't had caviar loaded which was actually weird as all other meals were available ......
Maybe not that weird cos SQ does load a few extra of each main (to reduce chances that a passenger can't get his/her choice)?
