She assured me it would be much easier just to clear it up at the check in desk. So my recommendation would be to go extra early to the CM check-in desk, and bring every document you can to verify and justify your name and reservation and be prepared to explain everything you need. I don't think you'll have any problem getting on the plane, but getting CM to use your correct frequent flyer and known traveler numbers on the reservation could be problematic, especially if checking in outside of the USA or PTY.
