I got the certificate back in my account.
Now I have tickets in my cart but haven't checked out yet.
I selected "mileage upgradeable" as the ticket type and made the whole itinerary refundable.
What do I have to do to upgrade them with miles? How can I tell if I can do that now?
Also, I assume if I have to cancel because my trip isn't happening, I get the miles back as well as the cash. Is that right?
