SAS Star Alliance Award booking
I don't know if SAS have changed their call centers or I am just going crazy!
Every now and then I try to get a complex award booking using my SAS points. Since the SAS website is next to useless when it comes to finding complex routes I usually look it up on United's website and then call SAS to get them to find each segment individually and book the ticket. Usually works out just fine. Except when I tried it today, have spoken to at least 4 different agents today.
One outright refused to find flights individually and hung up.
The second found the flights and put me on hold to price it and then hung up
The third couldn't find one particular segment and when I said I can see that segment online, told me to book online and hung up
The fourth again found the flights and then hung up
What is going on? Is there any other way to book this or should I just give up!
