I’m struggling with this a bit. I’ve received an email from Ba to say there is no F cabin on my return flight. The email suggests I login to MMB and select the flight option I want.. take the same flight but accept a downgrade to CW or take the later flight with F on the A380.
However when I login to MMB I can’t actually select anything, I have to call:
I called BA GGL on Friday and they said I can choose either flight option but they cannot confirm the downgrade calculation until BAH have confirmed it to them. I heard nothing so I’ve just called again and been told that they still don’t have a figure for the downgrade. I can’t make an informed decision until I know what the downgrade refund will be. GGL think it will be around £600 which is acceptable but they cannot confirm.
