Any advice on which network to choose when travelling with this to Europe to prevent roaming? Plan to use iPhone on dual sim with an airalo eSIM (data/voice roaming off, low data settings etc) and Wi-Fi calling to be reachable?

Did I miss a setting as last time it worked but I did get charged for a few days. Is it because of Wi-Fi calling being flagged as abroad?

I would really appreciate some sort of checklist that could benefit me and any others in this situation.
