Anyone have any feedback with CPC (Citigold Private Client)? Specifically, is there "advice" fiduciary level or is as a bunch of sales-person like stuff?

Besides the extra subscription rebate (e.g. $400 vs. $200 with regular Citigold) has anyone found any of the benefits worthwhile?
