The free mini bar was standard for the rooms, not tied to elite. Was told that they will restock every 2 nights. Recall it was six bottles of Coke, juices and sparkling water, no alcohol.

Elite benefit was a plate of natas in the room with some sweets. Breakfast was standard in the room rate.

Would recommend if you have enough of Lisbon and want some quiet time in a suburb.
