Air NZ indicated last year the refits would start "mid 2024" but I've been told there is zero chance of any happening before the arrival of the first two new airframes in Sep and Oct.

Clearly some are going to be easier and quicker to upgrade then others as they're all moving to the same basic layout as the code 2 is now which will be a lot more work for code 1 airframes.
