The buses to the remote Eagle terminal run from both T5 and T4; the buses from T4 probably don't run as frequently as the buses from T5. Depending on aircraft movement, the bus ride takes 10-15 minutes (the bus has to yield to taxiing aircraft). If you take the bus from T4, I'd suggest getting to the bus gate no later than an hour before the scheduled departure time.
