I recently had a 2 night stay here. The stay overall was excellent. A few quick comments:

1) I had breakfast in the lounge every morning and breakfast was fine. I was not told if I could have breakfast in the restaurant instead of the lounge (I would have if I could).

4) The area is nice and central and right next to the BTS as well as close to the MRT but the area does get a little shady at night. It's not dangerous though.
