I recently had a 2 night stay here. The stay overall was excellent. A few quick comments:

1) I am platinum executive. I did not get a room upgrade (well, I may have to a higher floor or something but I didn't get a suite or anything like that). My room was a standard king bed room on the 23rd floor. I had breakfast in the lounge every morning and breakfast was fine. I was not told if I could have breakfast in the restaurant instead of the lounge (I would have if I could). Lounge breakfast was good and the lounge was pretty empty at 7:30 or 8:00. Good mix of fruit (mangoes), coconut water, etc. The only downside was that there wasn't any omelets but you can order them (or pancakes, waffles, eggs, etc.) but my omelet wasn't an actual omelet or a frittata and was just some runny scrambled eggs. I ordered waffles the first morning and they were pretty soft too. Oh well. There is a slightly taller woman working in the lounge who is very nice and friendly but everyone working the lounge was nice.

2) I found it a little bit of a pain to always have to go to the 7th floor and then walk to the other elevators to go to the room. I got used to it though.

3) Pool on the 8th floor was nice but a little small. It was empty though so was a nice place to hang out and relax. The size is too small to swim laps but good enough to just cool off, etc.

4) The area is nice and central and right next to the BTS as well as close to the MRT but the area does get a little shady at night. It's not dangerous though.
