I am only flying long hauls to and from Canada, so domestic flights are not relevant to me. Based on years of experience, AF, TK, EK and EY are many sun systems ahead of AC in terms of inflight and ground product quality - and I will happily switch back to them after my recent experience with AC.

Wait times of more than 90 minutes for a premium passenger to talk to an agent are simply not acceptable. There are countless call center providers that can easily provide 1st level support instead of keeping someone in the line forever.
This is extermely bad managemanet and there are no excuses in 2023 for that.

The "unexpected high call volume" as an excuse is also BS without having any IRROP left, right and center. It is very normal operations, peak season yes, but it is not the 1st peak season ever for AC.
