I have stopped bothering with the Vancouver and Montreal lounges entirely - they are worse than some of the airport options.
Sounds like there are some entirely new lounge concepts and designs coming in 2025 along with aircraft cabins in conjunction with the 321XLR. Although expensive real estate-wise, it might be good for AC to maintain a "buy-in/up" to develop loyalty from every day flyers, along with a status-based lounge and "Signature Class" lounge too.
I've never been in an AC Cafe, but seems folks here are fans.
