Just walked from the train station to the hotel last week as a family of 4 with the expected amount of luggage. Was pretty straightforward (and then walked to the nearby Avis to pick up a rental car on our departure).

We had a very nice stay, but the 2 queen suite we used a suite upgrade for shouldn't be classified as a suite at all. It basically was a standard 2 queen room with a small nook holding a small sofa. No separate room, or really much additional space. It worked for our purposes, but still was pretty disappointing. The bathroom also was tiny and much smaller than the nearby St Regis. The room was well appointed however. Breakfast was reasonable and totally comped as a Globalist. The buffet is pretty small, though you can order eggs, waffles and pancakes from a waiter, with perhaps an occasional reminding that you had already ordered.

The location is amazing.
