-Im confused. What's the difference between the Nagomi Lounge and the Club Lounge? Do Club level guests get access to both? Is it just a preference between Japanese and Western service? or are they separate room products?
-Do Executive category rooms get any lounge access?
-Is the neighborhood shuttle still operating? or still discontinued?
-Does the hotel have any smoking floors?
