Call Chase, or send them a message. Have the flight details such as the flight number, dates, passenger names, PNR, etc. I even gave them the dates that they took the taxes/fees from my account. They have to contact BA to verify the details. It took them about one week to agree that I should be credited and it appeared a few days after that. BA cannot issue the credit, so no point calling them.
