For those who use this to pay rent, can someone shed light on what is it that Bilt requires to set up the rent payment ? Do we need to upload a lease agreement or get some statement from the landlord ? I own my house (well the bank owns it ) but i've got a kid in college and living with a few friends in a house they have rented (from the parent of one of the friend). what sort of documentation is needed to have bilt send out a check every month for the rent ?
