So I used an RUC to upgrade a domestic ORD-SLC-LAS on the website. The system decided to pull two RUCs, one for each segment. That's not supposed to happen is it?

(Update: Agent said it was a mistake and they're processing the reopening of one of my certificates now. Just an FYI - guess the website has issues with doing this properly)
