You mean, if you found a flight that currently has only 5/6 Suites occupied, would you be able to track it right up to departure to see what happened? I don't think so, and in any case you wouldn't be able to tell if someone purchased (rather than upgrading) on day of departure, and sometimes F seats are used to transport pilots so there's another category of how someone might end up occupying a seat in F.
