Not sure it does so to apply to the UA FFP rolls.
If the UA MMer moves their residence abroad, they’re may be a higher chance that the SSA Death Master File is out of date longer or not applied to hit the MM status beneficiaries.

SSA’s Death Master File. Lots of UA FFPs are without a SSN, but most US UA FFP account holders probably have a SSN even as some US citizens do not have a SSN.
