Mid-week stay in late June. Overall pleasant, but a few service issues. There was a dead cockroach in the room. Getting an extra towel took multiple attempts:
  • Asked prior to check-in, wasn't in the room
  • Asked via the app before dinner, never delivered
  • Asked the front desk after dinner, nobody came
  • Asked the front desk again at 10 pm.
Finally, around 11 pm, the front desk receptionist personally took it upon himself to go to the laundry room and bring me a towel. He was very apologetic and seemed as confused about it as I was.

Big jam for breakfast around 9:30 am, with a wait for tables and empty food trays. To the hotel's credit, they extended the breakfast times and everything got restocked eventually.

Beach shuttle service generally worked well, but it ends early on weekdays (7 pm, when it is still light and most restaurants in town have not opened for dinner). There was an awkward ride when we had booked a return trip but another guest insisted on getting in since it was around the end of service.
