DH and I once missed a connection at LHR and kept getting ping-ponged back and forth between BA and AA. Finally we just headed to the lounge. Lounge angel sorted it out immediately. I wish I could tell you which metal we were flying and which airline did the ticketing and which lounge we used but it was years ago.

I'd be in the line AND on my phone. Thanks for the reminder to keep my auxiliary power pack fully charged so I can hang on the phone that long.
