I saw an interesting video on TikTok of a Japanese ultra low-cost airline which has flat-bed seats in business which look very nice actually, but you literally get the seat and everything else has to be added on. So you have to pay for luggage, meals, lounge access, drinks, everything. They said it was US$ 1000 from LA to Tokyo just for the seat.

I was wondering whether BA might end up going down this route?
