that’s exactly what happened to us. We used to fly Y or PE and then decided to upgrade to our first J trip to celebrate our 10th anniversary some 18 years ago. That was it, all long all from tha5 point forward had to be in J. That was until we flew F for my 50th, now it’s F all the time if available on the route.
SEA appears to have quite a lot of Avios availability in F, we’ve used Avios in F for our flight in a few weeks time.
Enjoy, but be prepared that there’s going (to the) back again.
